Refund Policy

We want ReqKey to earn its keep. If it isn’t working out, here is exactly how refunds work — no fine-print games.

1. Subscriptions

If ReqKey isn’t right for you, contact us within 14 days of your first paid subscription charge and we’ll refund it in full.

After the first 14 days, you can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future charges and your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period; we don’t issue partial refunds for unused time on renewals.

2. Usage credits

Purchased credits that are completely unused are refundable within 30 days of purchase. Credits that have been consumed by key validations are non-refundable, since the underlying service was delivered.

3. Billing errors

If we ever charge you incorrectly — a duplicate charge, a charge after cancellation, a metering bug — tell us and we will refund the difference in full, regardless of the time windows above.

4. Enterprise agreements

Enterprise contracts follow the refund and termination terms in the signed agreement, which take precedence over this policy.

5. How to request a refund

Email support@reqkey.com from your account email with the invoice number or charge date. We respond within 2 business days, and approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
